Client Description:
Manpower Luxembourg is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Officer for a six-month mission within the COO Office. The Business Change & Project Management team plays a crucial role in executing the strategic objectives of various business functions by providing support and consultancy, while driving cross-functional governance.
Job Description:

Project Definition and Scoping:
- Collaborate with business units to define and scope functional requirements.
- Establish detailed project deliverables and timelines.
- Implement project structures/governance and operational rules.

Project Management, Monitoring, and Coordination:
- Ensure daily execution of the project and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Organize and lead necessary workshops within the project framework.
- Provide technical and operational support to help business units resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and KPIs.
- Manage project risks, alert decision-making bodies of potential risks, and propose action plans to mitigate/reduce impact.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and allocated budget.

Delivery, Change Management, and Transformation:
- Define and implement processes, tools, and documentation to ensure smooth transition to ongoing operations and continuity of activities.
- Facilitate change management for end users through organized working groups.
- Manage resistance to change arising from the project.
- Support managers in handling change management.
Candidate Profile:

Education: Engineering degree / Business School or University degree (Bac+5) with a focus on IT and/or Economics/Finance or similar professional experience.

Skills:
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with proven experience in coordinating complex topics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead meetings and workshops.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying problems, analyzing situations, and proposing effective solutions.
- Rigour and Responsiveness: Maintain a high level of rigour and responsiveness in a demanding environment.

Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Wealth Management activities.
- Proficiency in main office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of BGL BNPP tools would be a plus.

Language Skills:
- Fluent in French and English.
