HR TRAINING ADMINISTRATION (H/F/X)
Client Description:
Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for on of our client based in Findel :
Job Description:
- Collaborating with the external providers to ensure the invoices are aligned to the internal process.
- Control and follow the payment flow in SAP and update the team on any noticed inconsistencies (if any).
- Support internal and external trainers in the preparation of the classrooms.
- Organizing all logistic activities for training delivery both for in-presence classrooms and virtual ones (e.g., assuring the correct layout of the room, preparing all the required materials, involve all the required teams, etc.)
- Track, maintain and update the stationary supply required for in-presence training activities.
- Write and communicate all the pre-work and logistic information before each class.
- Managing the process for the language’s courses: enrolment, follow up, invoices.
- Maintaining a timely communication with the representatives of the foreign languages school and the learners.
- Gathering and coordinating all the documentation needed for the governmental cofounding application (attendance lists, invoices, proof of payments), ensuring that these are delivered per the agreed timeline.
- Maintaining a successful collaboration with the consultancy partner that is supporting the co-founding application activity.
- Maintaining an accurate data track by using LMS SuccessFactors (make sure all the learning hours are recorded in time)
- Helping the team to prepare ppt presentations.
- Analysing data (dashboard and LMS Success Factors).
- Managing and maintaining a close collaboration with related departments HR Administration, Finance Administration, Procurement, HRIS, University teams and service providers.
- Update the handover document and the training administrator handbook.
Candidate Profile:
- University Degree or other relevant education for administrative jobs
- 2-3 years of experience
- Experience with LMS SuccessFactors.
- Administrative roles and data analysis skills.
- Strong MS Excel and SAP skills.
- Knowledge of INFPC co-founding is considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, Problem-solving, proactivity, precision, teamwork, ability to go the extra mile.
- Fluent in English
