Process Technician (H/F/X)
A leading player in the automotive sector is seeking a skilled and proactive Process Technician to support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and configure tools before production runs, ensuring all process parameters meet performance targets (cycle time, availability, quality).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, engineering, quality) to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and manage time effectively to meet production goals.
- Contribute to the implementation of LEAN manufacturing practices.
- Support the development and integration of new processes for future products.
- Participate in training and development of production operators.
- Report directly to the Process Management team.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of technical education.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment; automotive experience is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to maintain high production standards and perform process-related calculations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English or French; German is a plus.
