Receptionist ENG/GER (H/F/X)
Job Description
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients (in person and by phone), the receptionist will manage front desk operations and various administrative tasks.
Main responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors

Manage the reception inbox and dispatch messages

Handover of visitor badges and ensure proper follow-up

Handle outgoing mail and coordinate DHL shipments

Communicate workwear orders
-
Coordinate business travel via the Egencia platform (experience with this tool is a plus)

Book taxis and support group meeting organization

Manage pool cars and handle administrative follow-up for the company car fleet
Candidate Profile
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

Excellent presentation and strong communication skills

Customer-oriented, organized, able to multitask and problem-solve

Fluent in English and German; other languages are an asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams)

Possession of a personal car is required
