MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a Senior Accountant H/F/X
Job Description:
This is a key role within the organization, supporting the integrity of our financial operations in a multi-entity, international environment.
As Senior GL Accountant, you are responsible for:
- Managing the general ledger for multiple legal entities across jurisdictions
- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Preparing complex journal entries, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
- Supporting audit preparation and group consolidated reporting
- Collaborating with investment, tax, legal, and treasury teams
- Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
Candidate Profile:
- You have a Degree in Accounting
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounting. Experience as Trust Accountant would be considered as an asset.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- You are computer literate and have a strong knowledge of Excel
- You have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
- Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
