Manpower Luxembourg is seeking, for one of his clients based in Findel, a
Marketing Manager (H/F/X)

Job Description:

  • Contribute to the strategic formulation and execution of marketing and commercial initiatives for designated business units.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy, ensuring a unified brand identity across all customer interaction points.
  • Oversee the design and rollout of products and customer journeys, guaranteeing alignment with the intended experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), and lead targeted actions to enhance performance.
  • Define the visual language and creative direction of Luxair’s brochures and marketing collateral.
  • Manage media planning and procurement, including negotiation with media partners and orchestration of advertising campaigns.
  • Organize corporate events, cultivate external partnerships, and elevate Luxair’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts within broader organizational goals.
  • Ensure diligent budget oversight and administrative follow-up to support departmental operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and optimize future campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a university degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or demonstrate substantial experience in a comparable role.
  • Possess strong expertise in project management and brand strategy development.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Show a commercial mindset and a customer-centric approach to decision-making.
  • Display proficient negotiation capabilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Possess outstanding organizational and analytical competencies.
  • Be adept at multitasking and show flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate fluently in English, French, and/or German, both orally and in writing.
  • Be proficient in current office software and marketing tools.
  • Be willing to undertake business travel as required.
