Junior Buyer – Indirect Procurement (M/W/X)
Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting, for one of its clients, a well-known international company, a Junior Buyer – Indirect Procurement to reinforce its General Procurement department.
You will support indirect procurement activities (Marketing, Sales, IT) and contribute to digital initiatives within an international environment.
The position is ideal for a junior profile with academic training in procurement and a first hands-on experience in purchasing.
Your missions:
Procurement Support

Assist with supplier follow-up, compliance checks and documentation.

Support RFQ/RFI preparation and basic supplier comparisons.

Contribute to spend analysis, market research and category insights.
Digital & Cross-Functional Projects

Support digital procurement initiatives (e-commerce, workflows, data updates).

Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Sales and regional teams.

Help improve procurement tools, dashboards and databases.
Operational Activities
-
Create/update POs and follow goods receipts (GRs).

Maintain purchasing and price data.
Your Profile:
-
Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering.

First experience in purchasing (internship/apprenticeship required).

Understanding of procurement fundamentals (supplier mgmt, RFx logic).

Excel skills; knowledge of SAP/ERP or Power BI is an advantage.

Fluent in English (daily working language).
