HR Administrator (H/F/X) – German & English – Part-time 24–32h/week
Manpower Luxembourg is looking for an HR Administrator (part-time) for one of its clients, an international company specialized in the transport and logistics, located in Luxembourg City.
This position is offered on a permanent basis, with the possibility to start on an interim contract before a direct hiring.
Your missions:
- Drafting employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including personnel file creation
- Processing sickness notifications and coordinating returns to work
- Coordinating parental leave, child benefit, and pension applications
- Updating and maintaining employee data in the HR information system (HRIS)
- Ensuring personnel files are complete and compliant with regulations
- Coordinating medical checks and administrative HR procedures
- Maintaining contact with Luxembourg institutions (CNS, CCSS, CNAP)
- Supporting employees and acting as HR point of contact
- Coordinating with international HR teams
Your profile :
- Previous experience in HR administration or HR support
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory
- Experience handling contracts and social/legal HR procedures
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Discreet, reliable and service-oriented
- Able to work autonomously
