Manpower is recruiting a Senior HR Operational Assistant for one of its institutional clients operating in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
 

Your missions:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily activities related to recruitment and internal mobility processes
  • Organize interviews and panel meetings by coordinating logistics with recruiters and panel members
  • Prepare documentation related to recruitment campaigns and internal mobility procedures
  • Maintain HR system databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Implement structural updates and reorganisations within HR systems
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant information and ensure proper follow-up of files
  • Ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates participating in recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with other assistants within the team and provide back-up support to ensure business continuity
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team through strong organisation, prioritization and effective communication

 

Your profile:

  • Secondary level education complemented by a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an assistant role, preferably including experience in HR operations
  • Excellent command of Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of additional institutional or financial systems is considered an asset (e.g. PeopleSoft HR & Financials, Business Objects, GED, Oracle Cloud HCM)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; French is a strong asset; knowledge of another EU language is an advantage
  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability in meeting commitments
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, integrity and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest organisational improvements

Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of one year.
