Junior DPM Portfolio Manager (M/F/X) – Wealth Management
Manpower is looking for a Junior DPM Portfolio Manager (M/F/X) for a client specialized in Wealth Management located in Luxembourg.
This position is part of the Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) team and offers exposure to investment committees, portfolio construction and international collaboration within a structured Wealth Management environment.
Your missions:

Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of financial instruments eligible for the DPM investment universe

Select instruments and build “buy lists” to feed portfolio implementation tools

Participate in Investment Committees and draft structured meeting minutes

Implement market views and portfolio tilts within model portfolios

Ensure consistency between model portfolios and the global DPM strategy

Contribute to the monthly portfolio commentary

Perform allocation consistency checks and portfolio controls

Interact with international teams (Portugal, Switzerland) and Risk
Your profile:

Master’s degree in Finance, Asset Management or equivalent

Minimum 6–12 months of experience in Discretionary Portfolio Management, portfolio construction or model portfolio allocation

Solid understanding of asset classes and allocation principles

CFA Level I validated or strong commitment to pursuing the CFA

Practical experience with Bloomberg, Reuters or Morningstar

Advanced Excel skills required (VBA or Python is a plus)

Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level)

Analytical mindset, strong rigor and ability to contribute to investment discussions
This role is not suitable for candidates without prior exposure to portfolio management or for profiles coming purely from audit, corporate finance or operational back-office environments without DPM involvement.
