Client Description:
Manpower is currently recruiting an Investment Administrative Assistant for one of its clients operating in the banking sector, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment which may be extended in accordance with Luxembourgish law for a maximum duration of one year.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Assist Investment Officers throughout the investment process and in the monitoring of venture debt and other financial instruments
  • Finalize, distribute and file documents and reports prepared by Investment Officers
  • Ensure the administrative coordination of the entire investment process, including monitoring deadlines, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating appointments and business trips for Investment Officers
  • Support LSB portfolio management by maintaining up-to-date monitoring and reporting files, preparing templates, reports and presentations
  • Prepare and update pipeline overviews for various country coordination meetings and meetings with Vice Presidents
  • Regularly update the deal priority list for coordination meetings with internal services
  • Handle telephone contacts with clients and third parties and ensure follow-up of project-related information while Investment Officers are on mission
  • Maintain statistics and work plans up to date and monitor that procedures are followed during the investment process
  • Input and update data in the loans database in order to support the preparation of reports and statistics related to the Bank’s activities in the countries covered by the Unit

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Secondary level education, ideally complemented by a two-year certification in a relevant field such as secretarial studies or business administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and a good level of French; knowledge of another European language such as German would be considered an advantage
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to meet commitments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
