Manpower is recruiting an Industrial Facilities Technician (M/F/X) for one of our industrial clients in Echternach to support the Facilities team on a short-term basis.
Manpower is recruiting an Industrial Facilities Technician (M/F/X) for one of our industrial clients in Echternach to support the Facilities team on a short-term basis.
Main responsibilities :
- Perform regular site inspections, identify building maintenance needs and issue weekly inspection reports.
- Handle daily FM tasks: minor repairs, general building upkeep, outdoor/grounds maintenance.
- Support internal setups: office moves, meeting room preparation, small refurbishment tasks.
- Respond promptly to facility issues and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate external contractors for specialized works.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site.
Your profil:
- Tehnical qualification (vocational diploma or equivalent).
- 1+ year experience in building/facilities maintenance (industrial environment is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset; team player.
- Organized, attentive to detail, problem-solving attitude.
- Solid awareness of health & safety at work.
- Fluent in English.
- Assets: forklift license, certifications for gardening tools (brush cutter, lawn mower).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / M365.
