Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting a Guarantee Portfolio Services Officer for one of its institutional clients operating in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Manage semi-annual and annual reporting cycles related to Capacity Building loans and Securitisation additional portfolios, using tools such as Alteryx and Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Oversee quarterly and semi-annual reporting cycles for guaranteed loan portfolios and other financial transactions, ensuring timely collection, validation and approval of data submitted by financial intermediaries
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely integration of portfolio data into internal systems
  • Contribute to the internal operational scoring methodology used to prioritise and monitor financial intermediaries based on compliance with operational and contractual data requirements
  • Coordinate with external service providers performing first-level checks and ensure appropriate follow-up on validation points and clarifications
  • Support financial intermediaries on reporting and operational matters throughout the deal lifecycle, from onboarding to portfolio monitoring
  • Assist internal stakeholders by providing reliable, structured and timely reporting data
  • Contribute to the preparation and update of reporting guidelines for external clients and support the enhancement of reporting governance frameworks in line with funding source requirements

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector (banks, lending institutions, guarantee institutions), ideally in middle-office or portfolio management functions
  • University degree in Economics, Financial Modelling, Econometrics or another discipline related to financial data management
  • Strong knowledge of Alteryx and advanced Excel skills (including VBA); familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, Power Automate or similar data tools is an asset
  • Good understanding of portfolio guarantee mechanisms and management of financial data from external clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships within portfolio guarantee frameworks
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously under defined objectives and manage multiple priorities under time pressure
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilience and team spirit
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of another European language (particularly Italian) is an advantage
