Finance & Administration Manager (M/F/X)) – German mandatory
Manpower Luxembourg is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager (m/f/x) – German mandatory – for a client specialized in the logistics sector, located in Luxembourg.
This is a key position within an international environment, offering a broad scope of responsibilities and a high level of autonomy. The role combines financial management, administrative coordination and compliance in a cross-border context.
Your missions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial administration and monthly closings
- Prepare financial reports and liaise with the headquarters in Rotterdam
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
- Manage VAT declarations across multiple European countries (LU, NL, BE, DE) in coordination with external advisors
- Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters
- Coordinate daily office management and administrative processes
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration
- Solid experience in financial administration and reporting
- Good understanding of cross-border VAT and European tax regulations
- Experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg is a strong asset
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory; French or Dutch is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of tasks
- Experience in an international or logistics environment is a plus
