Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment company of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, a top-tier global automotive industry supplier, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (M/F/D) to join their team.

Serve as a liaison between the HR department and various business functions

• Provide HR consulting and coaching, addressing people and cultural issues, as well as offering expertise in technical and legal aspects of employment, including recruitment, termination, performance management, and rewards

• Manage talent initiatives, such as workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning

• Implement, administer, and ensure compliance with general HR programs and policies

• Handle employee and labor relations, as well as communication efforts

• Coordinate and administer rewards programs

• Analyze HR-related reports

• Resolve labor relation conflicts, collaborating with internal and external consultants for optimal solutions

• Provide daily administration and support for all HR-related topics

• Manage HRIS and support payroll administration

• Participate in cross-department HR-related projects and initiatives


• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Luxembourg
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of HR programs and policies
• Exhibit strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, with proficiency in English, French, and/or German (mandatory)
• Have a deep understanding of Luxembourgish labor law
• Familiarity with MS-Office, SAP, Microtis, and DSK
• Display a dynamic, proactive approach, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations involving confidential or sensitive matters
• Possess strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
