Industrial Quality Technician (m/f/x)
The Manpower Group recruitment agency is hiring for one of its clients, a Quality Technician (m/f/x).
A few words about our client: it is an internationally renowned industrial company based in Luxembourg, supplying parts for the automotive industry.
Job description:
As part of the quality department, your role is to ensure the quality of production by adhering to legal standards and meeting customer expectations. You identify and analyze product defects with the aim of continuously improving processes. You participate in production launches, conduct audits to assess product and process compliance, and manage non-conformities related to raw materials. Serving as a constant link between production and the quality department, you document your activities through clear and concise reports.
Required profile:
- Holder of a degree in metrology, chemistry, or a similar field
- Over 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician
- Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Analytical skills, good communication, results-oriented, team player
