MANPOWER Luxembourg SA is recruiting for one of his clients :

Accountant (M/W/X)

 Position Overview: Assist the Accounting Team in maintaining and developing the Group’s accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Group’s internal and external reporting requirements.
 
Reports To: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. and/or review ledger entries, post entries and prepare reconciliations

1. in maintaining the general ledger system

1. monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable

1. in variance analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast

1. accounting issues for compliance with Luxembourg generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

1. with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
2. in the monthly close process
3. in the accounting for GP entities serviced by the Cosec team
4. with external audits and support internal audit processes as needed

Qualifications:

1. degree in accounting or tax

1. in English (French is a plus)

1. – 5 years of accounting experience

1. and VAT experience is a plus
2. PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Office
3. with Bob50 is a plus

1. analytical and organizational skills

1. to manage multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner

1. and able to take initiative
2. communication skills and team-oriented approach

1. time management and prioritisation skills
