Customer Service Representative (M/F/X)
Manpower is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of its clients, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Manage and process customer orders within the SAP ECC6 system
- Handle order change requests and ensure proper communication with customers and internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, changes, and follow-ups
- Verify, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of order-related information
- Process daily control reports and obtain necessary approvals for urgent or non-standard orders
- Communicate order updates (delays, adjustments, etc.) to customers
- Prepare pro forma invoices and follow up on payments (letters of credit, cash before shipment, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues
- Ensure high-quality service for both internal and external customers
- Conduct follow-up interactions with customers regarding questions or complaints
- Monitor expired orders and follow up with customers, escalating when necessary
- Handle invoicing complaints and process corrections in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute regular reports as required
- Participate in customer service team meetings
- Coordinate and follow up on documentation and certification requests
- Provide support to the sales team (meeting preparation, customer visits, tracking critical orders, etc.)

- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Sense of ownership, motivation, and willingness to learn
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Good computer skills, especially Excel, with basic analytical capabilities
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Any additional language is considered an asset
