Client Description:
Manpower is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of its banking sector clients based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment that may be extended for up to 1 year in accordance with Luxembourg law.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the division and its team members
  • Handle telephone coverage and manage day-to-day administrative requests
  • Support the Head of Division in the implementation of internal processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Draft, format, and proofread notes, briefings, presentations, and other documents in line with internal standards
  • Process, validate, and distribute documents intended for governance bodies (Management Committee, Board of Directors, etc.), liaising with translation services where required
  • Contribute to monthly operational reporting, including data collection and updates
  • Maintain and update document databases, intranet pages, and electronic archives
  • Organize meetings, events, seminars, conferences, business trips, and related logistics
  • Manage agendas and coordinate internal meetings and committee participation
  • Perform various administrative tasks (filing, data entry, mailing lists management, logistical support)
  • Act as a backup for other divisional assistants, coordinating absences when necessary
  • Ensure smooth information flow within the division and contribute to effective teamwork
  • Suggest improvements to administrative processes where relevant

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • First experience in administrative support, secretarial work, or office-based operational roles, ideally within a banking or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and internal systems
  • Fluent in French and good command of English; German is considered an asset
