Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer (M/F/X)
Our client, a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg, is seeking a Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer to support the deployment of strategic investment initiatives focused on innovation, venture capital and European economic growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the development and launch of large-scale European investment initiatives.
- Contribute to the monitoring and deployment of venture capital and growth financing programmes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, policymakers and institutional partners.
- Coordinate activities with various internal departments.
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes and governance documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation and support related negotiations.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis and strategic assessments.
- Monitor programme performance and prepare reporting materials.
Your Profile.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Law or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience within the financial sector.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment management or banking is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to understand and work with legal and contractual documentation.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English language skills; additional European languages are considered an asset.
