Customer Service Specialist – Bissen (M/F/X)
Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a client specialized in the industrial sector located in Bissen.
Your missions :
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries and product availability.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyze customer forecasts and monitor demand trends.
- Collaborate closely with Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Identify potential supply issues and proactively communicate solutions.
- Participate in regular customer meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and customer portals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication.
Your profile :
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration or a similar role.
- Experience managing orders and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- French is considered an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
