Compliance Analyst ( M/F/X)
Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a leading financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a Compliance Analyst (M/F/X) to join its Compliance team.

First experience (0–3 years) in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or within a financial services environment
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a junior compliance professional to develop expertise within a regulated financial environment and gain exposure to key regulatory topics such as AML/CFT, MiFID, compliance monitoring, and ESG-related requirements.
Your role:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the Compliance function in ensuring that regulatory requirements and internal policies are properly implemented and monitored. Working closely with senior compliance professionals, you will contribute to compliance controls, risk assessments, reporting activities, and the continuous improvement of compliance processes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Execute compliance controls and monitoring activities in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Support compliance risk assessments by collecting information, performing initial analysis, and identifying potential areas of concern
- Review client files and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT and MiFID regulations
- Identify, document, and escalate control weaknesses, inconsistencies, or potential compliance issues to senior team members
- Collect, analyse, and organize compliance-related data to support monitoring activities and regulatory reporting
- Assist in maintaining and updating compliance policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
- Provide first-level support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related queries, escalating complex matters when required
- Contribute to the preparation of internal reports, compliance reviews, and regulatory deliverables
- Participate in compliance awareness initiatives and support the organization of training activities
- Support ESG compliance activities through data collection, controls execution, and documentation management
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
- First experience (0–3 years) in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or within a financial services environment
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations, particularly AML/CFT and MiFID; strong motivation to further develop regulatory expertise Fluent in English; French and/or other languages are considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and follow structured processes
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a demanding and regulated environment
