Disbursement Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is recruiting a Disbursement Officer for one of its clients, a leading European financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Manage loan and equity disbursement activities for a dedicated portfolio covering EU and non-EU operations
- Verify that all contractual conditions precedent to disbursement are fulfilled and properly documented
- Prepare disbursement checklists and collect all supporting evidence required for validation
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability and audit readiness of all disbursement files
- Input conditions precedent into the Bank’s internal systems (NOW/Serapis) and prepare quote requests where applicable
- Review the validity of contractual securities, financial covenants and borrower/guarantor ratings
- Liaise with borrowers, fund managers and intermediary institutions to obtain all information required prior to disbursement
- Provide operational support to portfolio monitoring and transaction teams, including reporting and data requests
- Identify operational risks or issues and escalate them with appropriate recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Project and Operations teams to ensure timely and compliant disbursement processes
Your profile:
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in loan administration, back office, middle office, corporate finance or a legal department within the financial sector
- Previous experience with disbursement processes or lending legal documentation is considered an asset
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French or another EU language (especially Spanish) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
