Mandate Management Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is seeking a Mandate Management Officer for one of its clients, a leading European financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
Your missions:

Support the rollout of existing mandates, including promoting initiatives that strengthen deployment capacity and performance

Contribute to the design of new financial instruments aligned with key policy objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Finance, etc.) to facilitate effective mandate deployment

Act as a reference point for internal teams, providing guidance on eligibility criteria, internal policies, and the application of EU regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain networks with relevant external stakeholders
Your profile:
-
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, or related fields, ideally with exposure to complex projects or institutional frameworks

Ability to draft analytical internal position papers and translate regulatory requirements into operational guidance

Solid understanding of financial products is highly desirable

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for business presentations and data analysis

Ability to quickly analyse large volumes of information and produce clear, concise executive summaries

Proactive mindset, autonomous working style, and ability to manage workload efficiently under time pressure

Strong team spirit, cross-cultural communication skills, and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset
