Treasury Middle Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is seeking a Treasury Middle Officer for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Monitor treasury operations, cash positions, liquidity metrics, and funding activities
- Validate and reconcile treasury transactions (FX, MM, derivatives, securities)
- Ensure proper documentation, digitalisation, and classification of treasury files
- Maintain and update internal systems, trade capture tools, and position reports
- Perform controls on pricing, valuation, and limit utilisation
- Manage pending items and ensure timely resolution of operational breaks
- Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Back Office, Risk, and Finance teams
- Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and strong analytical capabilities
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in treasury middle office, financial markets operations, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial instruments
- Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong command of MS Office and treasury systems
- Fluent English is mandatory; French or Italian is an advantage
