Banking Operations Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is seeking a Banking Operations Officer for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Process and verify daily banking operations across multiple products (accounts, payments, securities, treasury)
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of operational documentation
- Digitalise, classify, and maintain traceability of all operational files
- Update internal systems and ensure data quality across operational workflows
- Perform reconciliations, controls, and follow?up on pending items
- Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Back Office, Compliance, and Finance teams
- Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and strong communication
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in banking operations within financial institutions
- Strong understanding of operational processes and financial products
- Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong command of MS Office and banking operations systems
- Fluent English is mandatory; French or Spanish is an asset
