Senior Field Service Planner Benelux (Dutch & English Mandatory) (M/F/X)
For one of our clients, a global leader in industrial packaging solutions, we are currently looking for a Senior Field Service Planner Benelux to join their team in Strassen. This is a temporary assignment with a strong opportunity for permanent employment.
Your missions:
- Planning and coordinating preventive maintenance visits, repairs, emergency interventions and installation activities;
- Optimizing technician schedules, workload allocation and travel efficiency;
- Managing customer communications regarding appointments, schedule changes and service updates;
- Creating, monitoring and closing work orders within Dynamics 365;
- Supporting invoicing processes and maintaining accurate service documentation;
- Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams;
- Monitoring operational performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service planning, logistics planning, customer service coordination or field service operations;
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or technical environment is a strong advantage;
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Dynamics 365 being a plus;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook;
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-driven mindset;
- Mandatory languages: Dutch and English; French is highly preferred. German is considered an asset.
