Your Responsibilities
As a Crew Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational follow-up of international staff members.
Your main duties will include:
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of international personnel;
- Coordinating crew schedules, rotations, and travel arrangements;
- Ensuring the follow-up of contracts, certifications, visas, mandatory training, and personnel documentation;
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases;
- Working closely with operational managers to anticipate staffing needs;
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners worldwide;
- Assisting with payroll-related administration and HR processes;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and international employment requirements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Previous experience in HR administration, personnel coordination, recruitment, workforce planning, or a similar role is considered a strong asset;
- Motivated graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential;
- Knowledge of French is considered an advantage;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
