Junior Dispatch for Road Transport
Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, an international company operating in the transport and logistics sector, for a Junior Road Dispatcher.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the Transport Operations team, you will support the planning and coordination of national and international road transportation activities.
Acting as a key link between drivers, customers, and transport partners, you will help ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Key Duties
- Plan and monitor daily road transport operations.
- Coordinate activities with drivers and subcontractors.
- Follow up on shipments and delivery schedules.
- Manage operational incidents and provide efficient solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding transport status.
- Ensure transport documentation is accurate and properly updated in the system.
- Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams to guarantee efficient transport flows.
Your Profile
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
- A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or employment) in transport, logistics, or supply chain is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Good command of MS Office and general IT tools.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
