AML/KYC Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is recruiting an AML/KYC Officer for one of its clients operating in the financial services sector in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Review and process AML/KYC files in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Collect, verify and validate documentation required for client and investor onboarding
- Identify, analyse and resolve complex issues or discrepancies related to onboarding and compliance processes
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and quality of information recorded in internal systems
- Implement corrective actions and contribute to reducing recurring operational errors
- Support the continuous improvement of procedures and ensure documentation is updated following process or system changes
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, colleagues and management
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team through a proactive and organized approach
Your profile:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in banking operations or the financial services industry
- Previous experience in Registration, AML/KYC, Risk, Compliance, or a similar operational function is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements, particularly regarding documentation collected during client and investor onboarding
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a controlled environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good understanding of fund administration processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluent English is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Additional languages such as French, German, Luxembourgish, Italian or Spanish are considered an advantage
