Paralegal – Corporate ( M/F/X)
Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a renowned international law and tax firm, for the position of Paralegal – Corporate (M/F/X) to strengthen their corporate department.
Status: Permanent Full-Time Contract (CDI)
Location: Kirchberg
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Corporate department, your duties will include:
- Drafting corporate legal documents, such as notarial deeds (e.g., incorporations, capital changes, mergers, liquidations), and board resolutions;
- Communicating with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS), notaries, and external lawyers;
- Maintaining and updating share registers;
- Preparing detailed closing bibles for transactions.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with the following qualifications and skills:
- Law graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Significant prior experience in a paralegal role (not secretary) , ideally in the corporate field;
- Fluency in French and English (knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus);
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset;
- Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented;
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- A demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
