Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls, with a strong understanding of US GAAP principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic goals.
- Financial Controls: Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with US GAAP and other relevant regulations.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support operational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
