Sustainable Finance Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is looking for a Sustainable Finance Officer (M/F/X) for a client specialized in financial services within a European institution, located in Luxembourg.
Your missions:
- Support the rollout and enhancement of climate-related financial products
- Contribute to the design and structuring of new sustainable finance instruments
- Assist in the implementation of climate and sustainability strategies across business lines
- Conduct sectoral analyses (e.g. cleantech, climate adaptation, circular economy, critical raw materials)
- Provide guidance on the interpretation of EU sustainable finance regulations and internal policies
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational and actionable frameworks
- Prepare analytical reports, internal notes, and executive summaries
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on sustainable finance topics
- Build and maintain relationships with policymakers and industry stakeholders
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainable finance, climate policy, or a related area
- Strong understanding of the EU Sustainable Finance Framework (e.g. taxonomy, regulations)
- Experience in structuring or supporting financial products is a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex regulatory topics into clear business actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English (additional EU languages are considered an asset)
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work under time pressure in a multicultural environment
