Client Description:
Manpower is looking for a Compliance Reporting & Data Expert for one of its clients in the banking sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Design, develop, maintain and enhance compliance reports and dashboards, mainly using BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence)
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into reliable, scalable and robust reporting solutions
  • Support compliance teams in their monitoring, oversight and control activities
  • Manage regular and ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery
  • Analyse databases, data models and data flows to identify data quality issues and propose improvements
  • Implement and strengthen data quality controls, validation rules and reconciliation mechanisms
  • Act as a BusinessObjects expert (report optimisation, troubleshooting, performance improvements)
  • Ensure non-regression testing and proper validation of reports following system or data changes
  • Collaborate with IT teams, data owners and external providers to ensure proper implementation of solutions
  • Contribute to the automation, standardisation and continuous improvement of reporting processes
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, procedures and user guides
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to data, reporting and governance

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Data, Finance, Mathematics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting or data management, ideally in banking or compliance environments
  • Strong expertise in BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence)
  • Solid knowledge of databases, data modelling and SQL
  • Understanding of compliance topics such as AML, KYC and sanctions is an advantage
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality and regulatory reporting principles is a plus
  • Ability to analyse complex environments and deliver structured and reliable solutions
  • Autonomous, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Very good command of English and French, with a good level of the other language
