Eligibility Services Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is looking for an Eligibility Services Officer for one of its clients specialized in European financial instruments, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Execute eligibility monitoring activities (desk-based) and prepare monitoring reports
- Contribute to the analysis of compliance with eligibility criteria
- Prepare and update documentation and reporting related to unit activities
- Liaise with financial intermediaries and follow up on ongoing requests
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines
- Apply internal procedures and ensure high-quality deliverables
Your profile:
- University degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in audit, monitoring, or advisory (an asset)
- Good understanding of EU financial instruments and their operational framework, particularly for SMEs
- Knowledge of guarantee schemes, risk-sharing mechanisms, and compliance requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret legal and contractual documentation
- Interest in EU regulations, State Aid, and ESG topics
- Comfortable with data analysis and MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Fluent in English; any additional EU language is an advantage
