Manpower is recruiting a Senior Compliance Reporting & Data Analyst for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
 

Your missions:

  • Design, develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards, with a strong focus on BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence)
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust and reliable reporting solutions
  • Handle regular and ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery
  • Ensure the reliability, traceability and clarity of data used for governance, audits and regulatory interactions
  • Analyse databases, data models and data flows to identify data quality issues and propose improvements
  • Implement and enhance data quality controls, validation checks and reconciliation processes
  • Act as a BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence) expert: optimisation, maintenance, troubleshooting and non-regression testing
  • Collaborate with IT teams, data owners and external providers to ensure proper implementation of reporting solutions
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate, standardise and streamline reporting processes
  • Contribute to data governance frameworks and reporting best practices
  • Assess the impact of regulatory or system changes and coordinate necessary adaptations
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, procedures and user guides
  • Share expertise and support compliance teams through guidance, training and knowledge transfer

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in IT, Data, Mathematics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence, preferably in compliance or financial services
  • Strong expertise in BusinessObjects, particularly Web Intelligence
  • Solid knowledge of databases, data models and SQL
  • Proven experience in designing and improving reporting solutions
  • Understanding of compliance topics (AML, KYC, sanctions) is an asset
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and/or French, with a good command of the other language
