Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting a Marketing & Communications Officer for one of its clients, for a temporary assignment within a Marketing Division.Job Description:
Your missions:
- Draft and produce marketing content (presentations, pitch decks, communication materials, taglines) for awareness and fundraising purposes
- Support the planning and execution of events, from creative concept to final delivery and performance measurement
- Contribute to the implementation of thematic projects and campaigns, including market research and internal analysis
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation related to externally sourced goods and services
- Work transversally across various topics within the Marketing Division
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within marketing, communications, or project management
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; any additional EU language is an asset
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with event or project management tools (such as Swoogo, Cvent, Monday.com) is a plus
- Team player with strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
