Operational Assistant – HR Data Protection (M/F/X)
Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting an Operational Assistant – HR Data Protection for one of its clients in the European banking sector, located in Luxembourg, on a temporary assignment basis.Job Description:
Your missions:
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR Data Protection Liaison Officer and the Employee Relations team
- Update and monitor HR records of processing activities and related documentation (questionnaires, assessments, statements)
- Coordinate exchanges with data controllers and the DPO to ensure compliance and proper implementation of recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date registers related to HR processing activities, personal data breaches, and data subject requests
- Record and follow up on HR personal data breaches and send reminders to relevant stakeholders when needed
- Handle and track data subject requests within legal deadlines
- Provide administrative support for HR data protection consultations
- Ensure accurate documentation management (filing, archiving, database updates) with strict confidentiality
- Contribute to data quality and compliance with internal procedures
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
- Secondary education complemented by a 2-year certification in a relevant field (administration, legal, business) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or legal administrative role handling confidential data
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems (GED)
- Fluent in English and French; any additional European language is an asset
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
