Inside Sales Representative (M/F/X)
Our client, an international company based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for a Sales Lead Qualifier / Inside Sales Representative for a temporary assignment replacing maternity and parental leave.
Your missions:
- Qualify and analyze incoming sales leads and business opportunities
- Contact prospects and existing clients by phone to develop and maintain the customer portfolio
- Update and maintain customer and commercial information in internal databases and CRM tools
- Support the Sales team with administrative and commercial tasks
- Contribute actively to achieving commercial objectives and business development targets
Your profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service or a similar commercial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an advantage
- Dynamic, proactive and business-oriented mindset
- Well-organized, autonomous and team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
