Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.Job Description:
Your missions:
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Head of Division, Loan Officers, and the Assistant team, ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the Division’s activities.
- Support the day-to-day coordination and organisation of the Division, contributing to overall operational efficiency
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring responsiveness to urgent requests and adherence to tight deadlines
- Prepare statistics, reports, and presentations related to Division activities
- Coordinate the full administrative execution of the lending approval process
- Support Loan Officers throughout the credit cycle, including document finalisation, formatting, distribution, filing, and quality control
- Maintain and update contact databases and ensure the continuity of information flows
- Ensure high data quality within internal systems through updates, consistency checks, compliance monitoring, and proactive follow-up on system alerts
- Contribute to document management, including digitalisation, filing, and contract documentation handling
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and working methods
- Collaborate closely with other assistants and teams across the Division and Department
- Contribute to a structured, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
- First experience in administrative support, back-office, file management, or team assistance, ideally in an international or corporate environment
- Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as data management systems
- Excellent organisational skills, rigour, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills in a collaborative environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Very good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Secondary-level education, preferably complemented by training in administration, office management, or a related field
