Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting a Back Office Analyst – Treasury & Post?Trade Operations for one of its clients, a leading European financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Manage tax services for Treasury accounts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
  • Set up counterparties in internal systems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle account opening and closing processes for Treasury accounts
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Treasury, Compliance, Legal, other Operational teams) and external counterparties to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes
  • Support process improvements and contribute to operational risk mitigation initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability and audit readiness of all operational files
  • Review the validity of contractual securities, financial covenants and counterparty ratings
  • Provide operational support to Treasury and post?trade teams, including reporting and data requests
  • Identify operational risks or issues and escalate them with appropriate recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Finance, Legal, Risk Management and Operations teams to ensure timely and compliant processing

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations or financial services, preferably in a Treasury back office or post?trade environment
  • Exposure to Treasury products and related operational workflows
  • Experience in account lifecycle management and counterparty onboarding
  • Experience with tax certification, relief at source and reclaim processes for financial instruments
  • Strong understanding of the post?trade environment, including settlement, reconciliation, operational controls and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast?paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Problem?solving attitude and ability to manage operational risks
