Maintenance Team Leader (m/f/x)
Manpower Group Recruitment Agency is hiring for one of its clients, a Maintenance Team Leader (m/f/x).
About our client: This is a renowned international industrial company based in Luxembourg, supplying automotive parts.
Job Description:
On a daily basis, you will coordinate preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure the technical availability of production lines. You will allocate work to your team according to priorities and ensure that the work is carried out safely. You will inform them of the daily objectives and any problems encountered during the previous shift. You will analyze and make corrections to improve maintenance procedures. You will serve as the link between the production teams and your maintenance team. Finally, you will ensure smooth handovers with the Team Leader of the following shift.
Required Profile:
- Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Mechanical field
- Mandatory experience in mechanics (pneumatics and hydraulics)
- Experience in team management
- Willingness to work in shifts (night and weekend)
- Fluency in English, French, and/or German
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with E-Plan, knowledge of switching up to 20kV, knowledge of PLC or robotic programming
