Client Description:
Manpower is looking for a Senior Operational Assistant – CFC Coordination for one of its clients, a leading European financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Manage the administrative onboarding process for new staff, consultants and internal staff movements within the Chief Financial Controller Directorate, ensuring timely updates in internal systems, intranet pages and distribution lists
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of the Coordination Division
  • Coordinate office space initiatives, monitor occupancy forecasts and support the organisation of directorate events
  • Prepare and coordinate Management Committee notes in collaboration with the directorate assistants
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Management meetings when required, particularly during holiday periods
  • Prepare procurement-related documentation, including requisitions, contract amendments and other administrative documents, in line with internal procurement procedures
  • Support the Head of Division with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
  • Liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including IT, Facilities Management, directorate assistants and management teams

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, including at least 3 years as an Operational Assistant, Executive Assistant or equivalent
  • Secondary education complemented by a two-year certification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field
  • Excellent organisational, coordination and administrative skills
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and document management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously
  • Team-oriented, proactive and service-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
