Your Mission :
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety and performance of production equipment and industrial facilities. Your expertise helps maintain smooth operations while supporting ongoing technological advancements.
Your Responsibilities :
- Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electromechanical faults.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes and maintenance practices.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with production teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.
Your Profile :
- Degree or technical qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in industrial mechanics and/or electrical systems.
- Welding skills are considered an asset.
- Comfortable working in a 4×8 rotating shift system, including nights and weekends (with associated shift premiums).
- Good command of English. Knowledge of French and/or German is highly appreciated.
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A personal vehicle is required to access the site.
