Investment Solutions Analyst GB/PORT (M/F/X)
Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a leading international financial institution based in Luxembourg, for an Investment Solutions Analyst GB/PORT (M/F/X), to join its Investment Solutions team.

Your role:
As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will support senior advisors and contribute to the delivery of tailored investment solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and update of client investment proposals in line with market developments and client needs
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of product documentation (KIDs, factsheets, etc.) for advisory teams
- Act as a key point of coordination with internal stakeholders (portfolio managers, product specialists, advisors) to gather and validate information
- Perform market and product research to support investment recommendations and strategic positioning
- Maintain and enhance internal databases, reporting tools, and investment materials
- Contribute to the production of high-quality investment presentations aligned with the global investment strategy
- Participate in investment governance processes (committees, internal reviews) and support their organization
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and support automation initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards
Your profile:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- First experience or strong academic exposure to financial markets and investment products
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; French is a strong asset
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and strong affinity with data analysis
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a demanding environment
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
