Project Manager – Regulatory Compliance (M/F/X)
Manpower is recruiting a Project Manager – Regulatory Compliance for one of its clients, a European institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension up to one year in accordance with Luxembourg labour law.
Your missions:
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of a digital regulatory compliance solution (DiReCT)
- Coordinate regulatory assessments related to Information Security, Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence governance
- Collaborate with Compliance, IT teams, external service providers and other key stakeholders throughout the project
- Organise and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and validate regulatory controls
- Prepare governance materials and support internal decision-making bodies
- Monitor project planning, deliverables, milestones and implementation progress
- Identify, monitor and escalate project risks and issues where necessary
- Ensure project documentation is complete, structured and audit-ready
- Draft control descriptions, assessment summaries and compliance recommendations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and their integration into the digital solution
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, governance frameworks and applicable regulatory requirements
Your profile:
- University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Political Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or regulatory change initiatives
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, process improvement or regulatory implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Compliance within Financial Services and Capital Markets
- Previous experience within a Compliance function or as a Compliance Consultant is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of Market Abuse, Conflict of Interest, Data Protection or AI governance is an advantage
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile, PM2 or equivalent certification)
- Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another EU language is considered an asset
