Manpower Luxembourg is currently looking for a Procurement Service Center Specialist (M/F/X) on behalf of one of its clients, a well-known international FMCG company based in Findel. This is a temporary assignment of 6 months with a potential extension depending on business needs.
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and create or modify Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Manage supplier master data, including registrations, modifications, and compliance-related updates.
  • Support the resolution of procurement-related invoice issues and supplier requests.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, buyers, category managers, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of procurement processes.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and administrative procurement activities.
  • Support the transfer and stabilization of Source-to-Pay activities within the Procurement Service Center.
  • Participate in process documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational transition projects.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • First experience (1 to 3 years) in procurement administration, purchasing support, back-office operations, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP (ECC, S/4HANA and/or Ariba) is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages will be considered an asset.
