Maintenance Technician (h/f/x)
As part of a recruitment assignment for one of our clients, a leading company in technical services and building maintenance in Luxembourg, Manpower Permanent Placement is looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F/X).
You will join an international working environment and be responsible for the technical maintenance of a site located in Luxembourg.
Your role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of the building’s technical installations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations;
- Diagnosing technical issues and carrying out troubleshooting and repair work;
- Working on equipment related to electrical systems, ventilation, air conditioning, heating and/or water treatment, depending on your technical expertise;
- Monitoring the proper functioning of building equipment and technical installations;
- Identifying and reporting technical issues and following up on interventions;
- Organising your daily tasks with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with the team and other stakeholders on site.
Your profile
- You have a technical qualification or degree in electricity, electrotechnics, electromechanics, HVAC or a related technical field;
- You have previous experience in building maintenance, technical maintenance or facility services;
- You have solid knowledge in one or more technical areas, such as electricity, HVAC, ventilation, heating, air conditioning or water treatment;
- You are comfortable with both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting;
- You are hands-on, proactive and able to work independently;
- You have a minimum B2 level in English and are comfortable communicating in an international working environment;
- A good command of French is also required.
