Senior Reporting Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Reporting Officer (M/F/X) on behalf of one of its clients, a fast-growing company specialized in fund services and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will join a dynamic environment and support the production and oversight of key regulatory reporting activities within the investment funds industry. This is a temporary assignment running until December 2026, with an immediate start preferred.
Your responsibilities :
- Oversee the production of regulatory reporting, including BCL, CSSF and AIFMD reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of all reporting obligations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Contribute to the optimisation and automation of reporting processes and tools.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Data teams to enhance reporting solutions and improve operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process enhancement projects.
Your profile :
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar regulatory reporting role within the investment funds industry.
- Strong knowledge of BCL, CSSF and ideally AIFMD reporting.
- Experience with alternative investment funds would be considered an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, Python and/or SQL is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
