KYC Analyst (M/F/X)
Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting on behalf of one of its prestigious clients, a European financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment as a KYC Analyst.
In this role, you will support the onboarding and due diligence activities related to the implementation of a new operational platform and contribute to the smooth transition of compliance and KYC processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform counterparty onboarding activities and customer due diligence reviews;
- Collect, analyse and validate KYC documentation;
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements;
- Process and follow up on integrity screening and compliance alerts;
- Support internal stakeholders regarding onboarding procedures and workflow requirements;
- Contribute to the management of operational backlogs and increased onboarding volumes;
- Escalate complex cases and compliance-related issues where appropriate;
- Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the onboarding process.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review processes within banking, asset management or financial services;
- Good understanding of AML, regulatory compliance and customer due diligence requirements;
- Experience with compliance screening tools and databases;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Previous experience with eFront, Refinitiv World-Check and/or Dow Jones is considered a strong advantage;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within an international team.
